Let's hear your vote! Currently EXIN offers exams for both ITIL® V2 and ITIL® V3. However, the introduction of ITIL® V3 foundation and intermediate exams has led to the question about a possible stop date for ITIL® V2.
The ITIL Qualification Board is now considering the discontinuation of ITIL® V2. EXIN has a seat on the ITIL Qualification Board, so that EXIN can be involved in and keep abreast of the development of the ITIL® examinations. We are therefore able to partially influence the decisions made, and it is important to us that we are able to represent your interests in the Board.
Up to now, a large amount of our worldwide customers have taken the ITIL® V2 exams as offered by EXIN in 14 languages. In addition, we have received a considerable amount of requests from our customers asking for an extension of the ITIL® V2 lifespan for various reasons.
For that reason, we would very much value your opinion on this matter. We will then ensure that your views are presented to the ITIL Qualification Board in the meeting scheduled for mid-November 2008.
