Accredited Examination Centers

An Accredited Examination Center (AEC) is an organization, company or training provider who is accredited by EXIN to organize and host exam sessions. An AEC provides the venue and independent accredited supervisor for EXIN exams.

Benefits to being an AEC
There are many benefits to being an AEC, to you, your course candidates and customers. Because it allows you to organize exams at a location and time of your choice, in line with customer preference, you offer exam candidates significant time and cost saving, especially if they are based far from EXIN International, EXIN regional offices or agents. As an AEC you will be able to contract accredited supervisors. To you, faced with an increasingly competitive business sector, being linked to a world-renown name like EXIN, offers you significant competitive advantage.

A quality guarantee
In order to maintain and guarantee the quality and independence of exams, and to ensure that the necessary security policies are adhered to, EXIN enforces strict requirements for organizations who act as AECs. First of all, your organization should meet EXIN’s general quality requirements. If so, your organisation will become an EXIN Partner, which enables you to be accredited as an AEC. Being an EXIN AEC is a minimum requirement for ordering EXIN exams. If you are not an AEC, you will have to register your exam candidates with one of EXIN's regional offices or agents, or at EXIN International in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

How to become an AEC
If your organization is interested in becoming an AEC, please contact the EXIN Service Desk or your EXIN regional representative to learn more about our fast and simple procedure for becoming an AEC. An AEC Manual including all ordering requirements and procedures, is available on request. Please review our list of FAQs as well.
